Rosemount Analytical Model 140 Retractable Conductivity Sensor

DESIGN FEATURES:

The Rosemount Analytical Model 140 sensor is a retractable contacting conductivity sensor. It can be removed from pressurized piping and vessels without shutting down the process and draining the system. The sensor is supplied complete with mounting hardware, including a 1-inch ball valve. The maximum insertion length is 5 inches (127 mm). The sensor is available in both a low temperature (302°F (150°C)) and high temperature (392°F (200°C)) version. Both versions use 316 stainless steel electrodes with a PEEK insulator and Viton® O-rings. Wiring between the sensor and analyzer is through a junction box mounted on the back of the sensor.

Rosemount Analytical Model 142 Insertion Conductivity Sensor

DESIGN FEATURE:

The Model 142 sensor is an insertion type contacting conductivity sensor having a 3/4 inch MNPT process connector. The sensor is available in both a low temperature (302°F (150°C)) and high temperature (392°F (200°C)) version. Both versions use 316 stainless steel electrodes with a PEEK insulator and Viton® O-rings. Wiring between the sensor and analyzer is through a junction box mounted on the back of the sensor.

Rosemount Analytical Model 150 Insertion/Submersion Conductivity Sensor

DESIGN FEATURES:

The Rosemount Analytical Model 150 Insertion/Submersion Sensor is available in sensor constants of 0.1, 0.5 or 1.0 for conductivity ranges from 0-10 to 0-10,000 μS when used with Models 54eC, 81C, 1054BC, 1181C, 2081C, and 3081C analyzers/transmitters. For optimal loop performance, connect the Model 150 sensor to instrument Models 54eC or 1054BC.

Rosemount Analytical 400 / 400VP Endurance Screw In Conductivity Sensor

DESIGN FEATURES:

The Rosemount Analytical Model 400 /400VP Endurance Conductivity Sensor are designed for direct screw-in insertion into process piping using a 3/4-inch MNPT fitting. The Model 400 sensors can also be used in sidestream samples. A 1-inch pipe tee with a 3/4-inch bushing is a suitable flow cell. A 3/4-inch pipe tee can be used with 0.1 and 1.0/cm cells. A transparent plastic flow cell is also available (PN 24091-02).

Rosemount Analytical 402 / 402VP Endurance Retractable Conductivity Sensor

DESIGN FEATURES:

The Rosemount Analytical Model 402 Endurance Conductivity Sensor are retractable; they can be removed from the process piping without shutting down and draining the line. Maximum retraction pressure is 64 psig (542 kPa abs). The sensor fits through a 1-1/4 inch full-port ball valve. Order the retraction assembly, which includes the ball valve, pipe nipple, packing adaper, and clamp to position the sensor, as an option.
